Meghan Carey, CAE, is an experienced professional in association management with a career spanning over two decades. Since 2005, Meghan has held various leadership roles at Smithbucklin, currently serving as Vice President of Association Management. Additionally, Meghan serves as Executive Director for the National Society of Genetic Counselors, a position held since 2008. Previous roles include CEO of the Clinical Laboratory Management Association and Executive Director at the Special Care Dentistry Association, alongside management experience at the Society of Thoracic Surgeons. Meghan holds a Master of Social Work in Social Policy and Planning from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the same institution.
