Halley Ondona

Halley Ondona is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and execution within the food processing industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Smithfield Foods, Halley has previously held significant roles such as Senior Project Manager at Gray Construction, where project lifecycles were managed from design to installation. Notably, Halley directed a $183M multi-phase project at Tyson Foods and successfully managed the planning and installation of a €47M+ poultry processing plant in China while at Marel. Earlier career experience includes key engineering roles at Mountaire Farms and Perdue Farms, where impactful projects were executed to improve efficiency and process workflows. Halley holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the East.
