Kristi Cash

Kristi Cash has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kristi is currently working as the Director of HR Service Delivery at Smithfield Foods. Prior to this role, they worked as an Independent Consultant, providing strategic HR support and project management to various organizations. Kristi partnered with a healthcare organization to manage an enterprise-wide Oracle HCM Implementation project.

Before becoming an Independent Consultant, Kristi held leadership roles at Catholic Health Initiatives and CHI Health. At Catholic Health Initiatives, they served as the System Director of HR Operations, where they were responsible for ensuring high employee service levels and quality processing of employee transactions. At CHI Health, they held multiple positions including Divisional Director of Total Rewards & HR Shared Services, Director of HRMS and HR Service Center, and HRMS Manager. In these roles, they oversaw various HR functions such as benefits, compensation, HRIS, reporting, and transactional activities.

Throughout their career, Kristi has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in HR operations and technology.

Kristi Cash has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Business from Creighton University. Kristi is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University, which is expected to be completed in 2023. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits from LinkedIn in 2021 and is also a Professional in Human Resources certified by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
