Vice President Fresh Pork Operations at Smithfield Foods

Randy Dalinghaus has a comprehensive work experience in the food industry. Randy started their career at Hormel Foods in 1994 as a Relief Hog Buyer. Randy then joined Farmland Foods in 1995 and held various positions such as QA Inspector, Production Supervisor, Research and Development Scientist, and Corporate Scheduler-Bacon, Sausage, Hot dogs. In 2001, they became the Business Manager for Breakfast Meats at Farmland Foods. Randy later served as General Manager and Vice President of Fresh Pork Operations. In 2016, they joined Smithfield Foods as the Vice President of Fresh Pork Operations. Overall, Randy Dalinghaus has extensive experience in operations and management roles within the meat industry.

Randy Dalinghaus completed a Master of Agribusiness degree at Kansas State University from 2000 to 2003, and prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Animal Science from the same institution between 1990 and 1994.
