Shelly Phalen

Shelly Phalen has extensive work experience in the food industry. Shelly started their career at Farmland Foods in 2004, where they held various roles including Director of Internal Audit, Director of Operations Analysis, and Vice President/CFO. In 2015, they joined Smithfield Foods as the Senior Vice President of Business Management. Shelly later became the Vice President of International Logistics & Finance.

Shelly Phalen earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Central Missouri State in 1992. In 2007, they obtained an MBA from Rockhurst University.
