Lelo Mampane

Lelo Mampane has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lelo started their career as an HR Administrator at ATM Solutions in 2012 and worked there until 2014. Lelo then joined Aramex South Africa as a Human Resources Officer in 2014 and stayed with the company until 2016. In 2016, they became an SNR HR Officer at Smollan where they worked until 2020. Lelo later took on the role of Human Resources Manager at Smollan from January to June 2020. Currently, they hold the position of People Lead at Smollan.

Lelo Mampane attended the University of the Witwatersrand from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in Labour Relations Management with a focus on Labour and Industrial Relations. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, Mampane studied at North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit and earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Furthermore, Mampane has acquired additional certifications in A2E Business Fundamentals, Management Accelerator Program, Business Strategy, and Problem Solving from McKinsey & Company in the year 2022.
