Juliana Bravin

UX/UI Designer at Smood

Juliana Bravin has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Juliana is currently working as a UX/UI Designer at Smood since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as a UX/UI Design Lead at CONNECT NonProfit Association from March 2020 till now.

Juliana also worked as a Designer at Miromico from October 2020 to May 2021. Before joining Miromico, they founded their own studio called Bju Brand & Design in September 2018. At Bju Studio, they focused on special projects from the tech, cultural, and social sectors, designing brand identities and websites for Swiss and international clients. Juliana also explored self-initiated mobile-app ideas.

Earlier in their career, Juliana worked as a Creative Lead at Programa Caminho Melhor Jovem, where they guided a multidisciplinary creative team and created a design system across 14 branches of the program. Juliana also served as a Communication Designer at the same organization, fulfilling various design needs across multiple channels.

Prior to that, Juliana worked as an Art Director at Nós da Comunicação and as a Communication Designer at Petrobras. Juliana began their career as an Interface Designer at Hartmann Consultoria em TI.

Overall, Juliana Bravin has gained expertise in UX/UI design, brand identities, website design, and communication design throughout their professional journey.

Juliana Bravin's education history includes three different institutions. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Universidade Veiga de Almeida, where they studied Social Communication. After that, from 2010 to 2011, they studied Lato Sensu Comunicação e Imagem at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Finally, from 2011 to 2015, they pursued a degree in Museologia, with a focus on Exhibition, Documentation, and Research, at Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro - UNIRIO.
