Andrew Shirley

Head of Customer Success at Smoothwall

Andrew Shirley has a strong background in sales and account management. Andrew began their career in 2005 as an Internal Account Manager at DTP Group and worked in this role until 2009. Andrew then joined QA Ltd as an Account Manager from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they transitioned to Jungle IT as a Sales Executive for a year before returning to DTP Group as a Senior Internal Sales Consultant from 2013 to 2015. Andrew then advanced to become a Senior External Sales Consultant at DTP Group from 2015 to 2017. Currently, Andrew is gaining valuable experience at Smoothwall. Andrew started as a Regional Sales Manager in 2017 before moving on to become a Client Development Manager until 2022. Andrew is now the Head of Customer Success at Smoothwall.

Andrew Shirley attended Leeds Beckett University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an HND degree in Leisure and Sports Management.
