Julia Mason

Julia Mason has a diverse work experience in the technology and cybersecurity industries. Julia currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Fifteen since November 2022. Previously, they served as the Chief Success Officer at Nautilus Labs from January 2022 to October 2022, and as the VP Client Success from October 2019 to January 2022.

Before that, Julia worked at Rocketrip, where they held the roles of VP Customer Success from October 2018 to October 2019, and Head of Technical Services from March 2018 to October 2018.

Prior to their roles at Rocketrip, Julia had an extensive tenure at ERCOM, starting as the Chief Of Staff from November 2012 to December 2013. Julia then became the Product Unit Director - Cybersecurity from January 2014 to May 2017, leading the success and execution of the Security Business, managing two product lines, and up to 60 people. Later, they served as the Executive Director for Americas - Cybersecurity BU from June 2017 to December 2017, focusing on business development, sales, and operations.

Julia began their career at Alcatel-Lucent, where they held various positions. Some of their notable roles include Program Director - 3G Metro from October 2010 to November 2012, accountable for the success of the Metro Cell program, and Pre-Sales Manager from December 2006 to August 2008, responsible for sales support and offer control for mobile access products.

Throughout their career, Julia has demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, operations, and customer success, and they have successfully led teams and managed projects in fast-growing environments.

Julia Mason has a diverse education history. In 1998, they attended Lycée Champollion where they obtained a degree in Prépa, with a focus on Maths, Physics, and Engineering. Julia then went on to study at Télecom SudParis from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications. During this time, they also attended Aalborg University in 2002 and 2003, obtaining another Master of Science degree, this time in Mobile Communications.

In 2009, Julia enrolled in MBA-like Alcatel-Lucent internal trainings (STRETCH then BOOST) at emlyon business school, which they completed in 2012. This program provided their with a comprehensive understanding of General Management. Julia later returned to emlyon business school in 2022 to pursue a Diploma in Corporate Governance.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Julia Mason completed a Machine Learning course by Andrew Ng on Coursera and received a certification for it in December 2016.
