Kevin Prater

Kevin Prater has held various roles in the Human Resources field, ranging from Manager to Director positions in companies such as SMR Automotive Global, KAMAX Inc, and Yanfeng Automotive Interiors. Prior to this, Kevin also worked in manufacturing and HR roles at Acument Global Technologies, TI Automotive, and GKN Sinter Metals. Kevin holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a BS in Human Resource Management from Oakland University. Kevin began their career at Ford Motor Company as a Summer Associate, working on the trim line installing parts on Navigator and Expedition vehicles.
