Alexander Kaltsas

Alexander Kaltsas has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Alexander currently serves as the Managing Director at SMS Financial, LLC, where they are responsible for loan acquisition and the placement of new bridge and hard money loans. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at Houlihan Lokey from 2020 to 2022. Alexander also held the position of Senior Vice President at Garnet Capital Advisors from 2009 to 2020, overseeing loan portfolio sales and completing valuation and sale assignments. Before that, they worked as a Vice President at Bayview Financial from 2001 to 2008, focusing on the acquisition of commercial and residential real estate loans. Alexander'searly career includes a role in financial analysis at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette from 1996 to 1999.

Alexander Kaltsas completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, which they attended from 1999 to 2001. Prior to their MBA, they pursued a degree in Economics at Stony Brook University. In September 2020, they obtained certifications in Series 79 and 63 from FINRA.
