James Taylor

James Taylor has a strong background in energy trading and commercial management. James began their career at TradeLink Solutions Ltd as a Commercial Consultant and later joined GE as an Energy Trading Manager. James then worked at RWE as a Commercial Manager before joining innogy SE as Head of Origination and Portfolio Management. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Energy Trading at SMS Plc. Overall, James Taylor has extensive experience in the energy industry and a proven track record in leadership and management roles.

James Taylor received a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in 1995. In 2013, they completed the RWE Executive Leadership program in Business Administration and Management, General at ESMT Berlin.
