Chad Wilhelm P.e. (MD)

Chad Wilhelm, P.E. (MD) has a diverse work experience in engineering and management roles. Chad is currently the Director of Engineering at Strategic Management Solutions, LLC (SMSI) since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Bechtel Power from August 2022 to February 2023. Chad also served as the Chief Engineer at Bechtel National Inc from June 2021 to August 2022. In this role, they had responsibilities for functional engineering oversight, technical reviews, and software maintenance.

Chad has also held various roles at Bechtel Power and Bechtel National Inc from 2006 to 2019. These include 4D/Pre-Construction Planning Manager, Project Engineer, Systems Engineering Supervisor, Six Sigma Black Belt, Licensing Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer. Throughout their career, Chad has demonstrated expertise in system design, construction, and commissioning processes.
