Daniel Wall-DeSousa

Daniel Wall-DeSousa is the Manager of Learning & Development at SMTC Corporation, where they lead the strategic vision and implementation of training programs for a global electronics manufacturing organization. With over 20 years of experience in education, LMS administration, and instructional design, Daniel has developed innovative learning initiatives, including a micro-credentialing system to promote employee skills progression. Previously, Daniel served as a Science Educator and Technology Integrator with Brevard Public Schools, earning recognition as Teacher of the Year multiple times. They began their career in the US Army Band and hold a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Bridgewater State University and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
