Matthew Kemmerer

Matthew Kemmerer has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Matthew began their career at Winn Dixie Stores, where they worked as a Cashier, Bagger, and Stocker, providing excellent customer service and assisting with various management tasks. In 2011, they moved to MC Assembly, where they held multiple roles, including Test Engineering Intern, Test Engineer, and Test Engineering Manager. During their time at MC Assembly, Matthew gained extensive experience in software development, test system design, and troubleshooting various electronic systems. In 2018, they joined SMTC Corporation as the Test Engineering Manager before being promoted to Director of Test Engineering and then to their current role as Global Director of Value Engineering. In these positions, they have been responsible for leading global initiatives, project management, and providing solutions for technical, business, and operational challenges. Matthew is known for their effective communication, collaboration, and commitment to organizational goals.

Matthew Kemmerer earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2011 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Bayside High School from 2007 to 2011. Matthew also holds a certification in Incito Man Simulation from Incito Consulting Group.
