Raphael Bove

Raphael Bove is currently the Regional General Manager at Smurfit Kappa, overseeing the E-Commerce and Display business in France. Raphael is responsible for managing multiple packaging plants and a large team of employees, with full P&L responsibility. Prior to their role at Smurfit Kappa, Raphael was the Commercial Director at Baker Hughes, leading the Latin America commercial operation. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Raphael has also held various leadership roles in global commercial operations within the oil and gas industry. Raphael is currently pursuing a leadership program at INSEAD to further enhance their skills.
