Paul Reynolds

Paul Reynolds has a diverse work experience, starting in 1999 as a Systems Analyst at NAVSEA and a Consultant at the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery - US Navy. Paul then worked as the Director of Information Systems at Hargrove, Inc., where they created and managed the IT department, transforming business processes and improving information flow. Reynolds also held various roles at the DHS Homeland Security Information Network, including Operations and Performance Management Lead, where they implemented metrics reporting and contributed to program improvement. Paul later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager, leading data management projects for the DHS Account Team and overseeing DM program development. At Detica, they served as the Head of US Government Sales, responsible for product sales and business development in the US government market, as well as the Homeland Security/Law Enforcement Business Development Lead. Most recently, Reynolds worked at SMX as the Principal Technologist in the Mission Solutions Group, driving on-contract growth and identifying new business development opportunities.

Paul Reynolds attended Oral Roberts University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (Premed). In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in October 2021, Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer from ISACA in 2020, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2008.
