Rebecca York

Rebecca York currently serves as the Director of Youth Development and Community Engagement at SMYAL, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca York was with Out & Equal from September 2020 to October 2023, initially starting as a Learning & Development Senior Associate and later advancing to Manager of Learning & Development. Rebecca York also contributed to SMYAL from June 2018 to September 2020, functioning as both the Community Engagement & Youth Leadership Manager and Coordinator. Educationally, Rebecca York earned a Bachelor of Arts in Women and Gender Studies from Smith College between 2014 and 2018, following the completion of a High School Diploma at Georgetown Day School in 2014.
