Natalie Flynn, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as a Senior People Experience Partner at Smyle, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this, Natalie was a Human Resources Manager at The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. from October 2020 to January 2022, and previously worked at Barclay Simpson for over 13 years in various HR management roles. Natalie's early career in recruitment began at Positive Recruitment Solutions, focusing on interim and contract roles in the public sector. Natalie holds a BA in English Literature and Drama from Queen Mary University of London, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
