Beth Smotherman

Beth is the Chief Human Resources Officer based out of the Nashville office. She coordinates the administrative functions, oversees the interviewing and hiring of new staff, and directs the benefits, training, and employee services. Beth has extensive experience working in the Banking and Human Resources industries.
