Doug Towles

Doug Towles is our general manager in North Alabama where he oversees over 200 team members across 11 locations. Doug started in the concrete industry as a line pump operator before transitioning to ready-mix production where he excelled as a mixer operator, loader operator, and plant manager. After several years in dispatch, Doug moved into quality control before being named GM. He knows North Alabama like the back of his hand, and he loves watching it grow and flourish. Doug and his wife of over 20 years have 3 children, and they love to go to the lake on the weekends.
