Ashley Matchett

Ashley Matchett is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Snail Games USA, where responsibilities include managing all HR functions for a growing video game publisher since February 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at The Midnight Mission, a Human Resources Operations Specialist at a Tech-Startup-Gaming, and a Human Resources Associate at GumGum, where project-based improvements were implemented. Ashley also held the position of Head of Human Resources & Office Manager at Solid Commerce, an e-commerce SaaS startup. Currently a Master's candidate in Human Resource Management at the University of Southern California, Ashley also holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of California, Davis.
