Janna B. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Janna began their career as a Computer Assistant at American University in 1996 and worked there until 2000.

In 2000, Janna joined GTM Inc. as a Client Services Project Manager and stayed there until 2002. Janna then took on the role of Sr. Client Services Project Manager at GTM Inc. from 2003 to 2004.

From 2004 to 2005, Janna worked as an Account Executive at GTM Inc., where they managed the truth(r) Campaign, a national tobacco awareness campaign for the Legacy Foundation. Janna was responsible for various aspects of the account, including planning, employee management, budgeting, and reconciliation.

Janna transitioned to the role of Sr. Account Executive at GTM Inc. from 2006 to 2008 and then became an Account Supervisor from 2009 to 2012. During their time in these positions, they continued to showcase their skills in client management and project execution.

In 2013, Janna joined GTM Inc. once again, this time as an Agency Project/Process Manager. Janna was responsible for developing, implementing, and adjusting processes and procedures company-wide. Additionally, they oversaw project budgets and ensured timely communication with clients.

In 2014, Janna became the CEO of Equivalence Business Consulting (EBC), where they played a crucial role in shaping the company's vision, strategy, and overall development.

Janna's next role was Chief Operating Officer at Snake Nation in 2015, where they held a senior leadership position.

Throughout their career, Janna has also been associated with Streamline Success Intl, where they have held multiple roles since May 2015. Janna'sroles include being a Speaker, BOSS Cultivator, and Streamline Success Strategist.
