Xavier Rousseau

Xavier Rousseau has a diverse work experience primarily in the field of strategy and energy. Xavier started their career in 2006 with Business Integration Partners as a Consultant for a brief period. Xavier then joined McKinsey & Company in the same year as a Senior Energy Expert, where they worked for over a decade. During their time at McKinsey, they also served as a Practice Manager. In 2018, Xavier joined Snam as the Head of Corporate Strategy and Market Analysis. Xavier held this role until 2022 when they became the Senior Vice President Strategy. Currently, they hold the position of Strategy Director at Snam.

Xavier Rousseau obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in the years 1999-2005. Prior to that, they completed their Maturità at Liceo Scientifico R. Donatelli, although specific years were not mentioned.
