Lucas Brim has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Technology Talent Acquisition Lead at Snap Finance. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at ettain group, where they handled the full life cycle recruiting process and utilized Boolean searches to develop candidate portfolios. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Consultant at State Farm and as a Fitness Trainer at Planet Fitness, where they developed personalized fitness care plans and managed client health plans.

Lucas Brim obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from The University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where they attended from 2015 to 2018.
