Ryan Gardner has extensive work experience in the customer service industry. Ryan began their career at Convergys in 1999 as a Customer Service Representative and quickly progressed to Team Leader. Ryan then held various management positions, including Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager, where they oversaw multiple lines of business and achieved significant performance improvements. In 2013, Ryan became the Director of Operations, responsible for strategic planning, staffing, and financial performance. Ryan also led the successful launch and support of new programs. In 2018, Ryan joined Snap Finance as the Director of Consumer and Merchant Care. Ryan currently holds the position of Senior Director, leading the team in providing exceptional customer support.
Ryan Gardner obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University, completing their studies from 1999 to 2002.
