Timothy Isaac Hensley has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of user experience design and product design. Timothy Isaac has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

Starting in 2002, Hensley worked as a Web Project Manager and Bioinformatics UI Designer at Invitrogen. Timothy Isaac then moved on to Raytheon|Websense in 2009, where they held the positions of Principal Web Designer and later Sr. Manager of Online Marketing.

In 2014, Hensley joined Websense Inc. as a Lead UI/UX Designer and later became the Manager of Web Design and Development. Timothy Isaac was responsible for managing teams and ensuring the usability and visual essence of their products.

Hensley then worked at Aspect Software in 2014 as the Director of Web Technologies, where they managed the web team and implemented new technologies for corporate initiatives.

In 2015, Hensley joined Thismoment as the Senior Director of Product Design, where they were responsible for the architecture of customer-facing UI and UX.

Timothy Isaac then worked at ThinkHR in 2016 as a Principal UX Architect Contractor before moving on to Bank of the West in the same year. At Bank of the West, Hensley held multiple roles including VP, Head of CX | UX, Digital Channels and VP - Director of Interaction Experience Design.

In 2018, Hensley joined Early Warning® as the Director of UX, where they contributed to the innovation of payment and risk solutions.

In 2020, Hensley joined Bill.com as the Director of User Experience, specializing in Payment & Partner Experiences.

Currently, Hensley is working at Snap Finance as the Head of Design, and they will assume the role of VP, Product Design in 2023.

Timothy Isaac Hensley obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Visual Communication from the University of Arizona, where they pursued studies from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1994, they pursued BFA studies in Fine Art at Antioch College, focusing on large-scale sculpture, painting, and figure drawing.
