Roland Nagy is an experienced manufacturing and logistics professional with a strong background in plant and production management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Snap-on since July 2025, Roland previously held various leadership roles at Autoliv from September 2015 to July 2025, including Warehousing Manager Europe, Logistics Manager, and Production Manager, where operations focused on seatbelt platform management aimed at saving lives. Roland's expertise in purchasing and supply chain management was demonstrated at VPT Group as Purchasing Manager, and at VELUX, where Roland progressed from Quality Team Leader to Lean Implementation Group Leader and eventually Production Manager, managing teams of 150-300 individuals.
