Steve Rogers is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in product development and management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Snap-on Incorporated, Steve oversees global research and product development efforts with a focus on advanced automotive technologies and equipment. Previously, as the Director of Engineering at Snap-on Equipment, Steve led a multidisciplinary team in developing critical measuring products. Steve's career includes significant roles at InTheAirNet LLC, where project management in the aircraft industry was key, and at Audio International, where sales, marketing, and engineering initiatives were successfully directed. Earlier experience at FMC and Motorola further solidified Steve’s expertise in electronic engineering and design methodologies.
