Richard Rowland

Richard Rowland has extensive experience in technical support and audio/video integration. Currently serving as the Technical Support Manager at Snap One since August 2021, Richard previously held multiple roles at Snap AV, including Technical Support Supervisor and Senior Technical Support Specialist, from August 2012 to August 2021. Prior to that, Richard worked at KS Audio Video from May 2008 to August 2012 as an audio video/low voltage technician, specializing in installations for commercial and residential settings. Earlier experience includes working as a Satellite Technician at Sat One Satellite's and a Lifeguard/Afterschool care provider at The Sports Center. Richard holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Ashford University and has studied at Fayetteville Technical Community College.
