Divine-Favour Richard has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2021, they started working as the Chief Executive Officer at Evavote. In 2022, they joined Snap Vision as an Associate Product Manager, Grab as a Growth Product Manager, XELA HOTEL AND RESORTS as an IT Executive, and Coweb Hub as a Lead Web Designer. Their role as a Lead Web Designer at Coweb Hub ended in March 2023. Additionally, in 2022, they worked as a Growth Marketer at HOMAVILL GROUPS from April to October.

Divine-Favour Richard pursued a Diploma of Education in International Business from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University in the year 2022. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, Divine-Favour completed a 3-year program in Computer Engineering at Obafemi Awolowo University.
