Carynl Tan

Carynl Tan is an experienced professional in sales enablement and operations, currently serving as the APAC Sales Enablement Lead at Snap Inc. since October 2024. Prior to this, Carynl held the position of Business Enablement - Global Team Lead at Appier from December 2021 to October 2024, focusing on training and stakeholder engagement across commercial teams. Previous roles include Sales Operations Manager and SaaS Enablement Manager at ByteDance and Lark, where Carynl managed various operational and training initiatives across multiple markets including SEA, IN, and US. Carynl's career began in entertainment, working as a Producer at Resorts World Sentosa and as a Senior Manager at Melco Crown Entertainment, contributing to significant projects and team development. Carynl holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology from the National University of Singapore and recently completed the Sales Enablement Core Program.
