Hamid Tabani

Hamid Tabani is a Senior Computer Architect at Snap Inc. since June 2023, with prior experience in the same role at GrAI Matter Labs from June 2022 to May 2023. Before that, Hamid worked as a Deep Learning Optimization Engineer at NavInfo from January 2021 to May 2022 and served as a Senior Research Scientist at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center from February 2018 to December 2020, during which time Hamid was a member of the CAOS team. Earlier experience includes a role as Research Scientist at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya between November 2014 and December 2017, focusing on PhD research in the ARCO Research Group within the Department of Computer Architecture. Hamid holds a PhD in Computer Architecture from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Master's degree in Computer Architecture from the University of Tehran.
