Jennifer Boden

Jennifer Boden is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Global Head of HR at Snap Inc. since April 2024, Jennifer oversees North America, EMEA, and APAC HR teams, as well as the global IDEA team focused on inclusion and diversity initiatives. Prior to this position, Jennifer led People Tech and Employee Experience at Flexport from February to October 2023 and held various senior HR roles at Snap Inc. and Amazon, where responsibilities included talent management, employee experience, and global HR strategy supporting over 20,000 employees. Earlier experience includes positions at Sun Microsystems, GE Access, and Kent Place School, complemented by a BS degree in Math/Computer Science and Education from Fairfield University.
