Lekshmi Geetha

Lekshmi Geetha is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of People for India and Japan at Snap Inc. since August 2022, Lekshmi has previously held key positions at Netflix from September 2019 to August 2022, managing HR for physical production and content across the APAC region. Prior to Netflix, Lekshmi was with Disney Star, where responsibilities included regional HR management for a network of entertainment channels. Additional experience includes roles at Fabindia Overseas Pvt Ltd, TATA Communications Ltd., Speridian Technologies, and The Leela Group, showcasing a strong background in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational growth. Lekshmi is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resources Management at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, having also earned a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Loyola College and an M.Phil in Management from Alagappa University.
