Scott Withycombe

Mr. Withycombe has served as Chief People Officer since October 2022 and previously served in various roles, including Vice President of Talent & Rewards, Senior Director of Talent & Rewards, Senior Director of Talent Management, Senior Director of Human Resources, and Human Resources Director between November 2017 and August 2022. Mr. Withycombe also previously served in roles at DirectTV, Raytheon Company, and Del Monte Foods, Inc. Mr. Withycombe holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Pepperdine University and M.S. in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
