Ryan Fox

Ryan Fox is the Vice President of Engineering at Snapcommerce. Prior to joining Snapcommerce, Ryan worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Google for three years. While at Google, Ryan worked on site reliability engineering for Google App Engine. Ryan also led Q2 2018 project planning for a team focus area, completed a comprehensive technical audit of Google App Engine configuration flow, and initiated and technical lead for a two-engineer effort to replace a Release Manager rotation with automated enforcement and new release policies. In addition, Ryan was production oncall for Google App Engine and was the point of contact for various forward-looking projects. Ryan has given many technical talks, conducted interviews, co-led a recruiting event, mentored two new-hires, co-hosted an intern, and received 13 peer awards and a bug-fix award during their career at Google.

Ryan Fox obtained a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Western University. Ryan then went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Medical Biophysics at the same school.
