Erin Culp

Erin Culp is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Snapdocs since June 2023. Erin founded Roots HR Consulting in January 2021, specializing in advising early-stage companies on enhancing their people programs. Previous positions include Senior Director of People Experience at Powur, PBC, and Director of People Development at Sunfolding, where a focus on organizational health, performance management, and employee engagement was emphasized. Erin's early career includes significant positions at Sunrun, REC Solar, RRM Design Group, Produce Careers, and Com Dev Broadband. An alumnus of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and the University of California, Berkeley, Erin holds a B.S. in Agribusiness Marketing and a certificate in Data Science from Haas School of Business.
