Vishal Rana

Vishal Rana is the current Vice President of Customer Experience at Snapdocs. Vishal has also previously worked at Heap, Therma, and Segment. Rana has been in their current position at Snapdocs since January 2021 and in their previous role as Vice President of Customer Success & Operations from June 2022 to September 2020. Vishal has also been a Product Leader and Director of Enterprise, Operations & Support at Segment since April 2017. Prior to that, they were a General Manager for Professional Services at Medallia from January 2012 to December 2016.

They work with Todd Maki - VP, Head of Business Development & Partnerships, Christian Hjorth - VP, Sales. Vishal Rana reports to Brian Michael, Chief Revenue Officer.
