Rachel Proctor is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and sales sectors. Currently serving as the Head of New Business Sales at Snappy since August 2021, Rachel has held various directorial positions focused on mid-market sales, showcasing a strong ability to drive revenue growth and team collaboration. Prior to Snappy, Rachel spent seven years at Hyland, progressing from Senior Sales Manager to roles that emphasized customer engagement and team development, particularly in the Government and Higher Education sectors. Rachel's career also includes significant contributions to the City of Hendersonville, where oversight of customer service and technology management was complemented by a background as a GIS Analyst. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Geography from Ohio University and a Master of Science in Geography/GIS from The University of Akron, along with a Database Management Certificate from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.
