Shira Dahan's work experience includes:

1. Currently working as an Order Specialist at Snappy since June 2023.

2. Previously worked at KPMG Israel from August 2019 to present as a System Implementation Specialist & Support Engineer. Responsible for managing the implementation of a SaaS system, providing support to end-users, analyzing areas for improvement, developing training materials, and collaborating with the testing team.

3. Worked as a Consultant at the Israeli Ministry of Defense from 2017 to 2018. As a Telephone Counseling Specialist for Discharged Soldiers, provided support, documented data in CRM system, learned quickly, prioritized effectively, worked well in a team, and found creative solutions to complex problems.

Shira Dahan attended The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo from 2017 to 2020. Shira pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems during this time.
