Mollie Flynn is the Retail Program Team Lead at Snappy Kraken. Mollie has over eight years of experience in marketing and business development. Prior to their current position, they were a Business Development Coordinator at Saratoga Financial Services for seven years. There, they created and designed digital content for advertisements and sponsorships to increase brand awareness. Mollie also wrote custom content for email campaigns and monitored performance, response rates and participation levels. In addition, Flynn produced and implemented social media marketing strategies to generate leads and developed various marketing materials such as brochures, banners, promotional items, informational pieces and client handouts.

Flynn began their career as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems where they were responsible for tracking company leads, measuring opportunities and determining follow-up to convert prospects into clients. Mollie also ensured all compliance policies and procedures were followed, including maintaining confidentiality of client data. After two years in this role, they transitioned to Saratoga Financial Services where they performed client relationship management activities for 400+ high net worth individuals utilizing ACT! CRM.
