After graduating from ESC Grenoble (now Grenoble School of Management), Morgane Castanier began her career in marketing.
In 2007, she joined the newspaper group Sud Ouest as head of New Media and served on the management committee of its free press arm S3G.
In 2010, she was named head of E-Marketing and Digital Client Experience at SFR (Altice), and in 2015 became the company’s head of Data and CRM and joined its Consumer Marketing Management Committee. She moved to HSBC in 2017 as head of Marketing, Digital Technology and Data, and as a member of its executive committee.
She joined SNCF Gares & Connexions in July 2020.
