Christine Rider

Christine Rider has over 30 years of experience in asset management and real estate finance. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Snell Properties since July 2020, Christine previously held a similar role at PNC from August 2007 to July 2020, specializing in multifamily products. Prior positions include Director at Fannie Mae, Asset Manager at Archon Group, and Appraiser/Consultant at Delta Associates. Christine graduated from the University of Virginia in 1991.
