Allison Kloppenborg has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in HR. Allison currently serves as the Head of HR at SNG (formerly Sovereign Housing Association) since March 2018. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Sovereign Housing Association starting from 1998, including People Business Partner, Divisional HR Operations Partner, HR Business Partner - Change & Engagement, and HR Business Partner. Before joining Sovereign Housing Association, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Chase in 1997. Allison'scareer in HR began in 1989 as an HR Consultant at Kwa-Zulu Finance and Investment Corporation, where they worked until 1997.
Allison Kloppenborg attended Westville Girls High School from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained the equivalent of GCSE's. Allison then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Science and a post-graduate Honours degree in Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, completing their studies from 1984 to 1988. In 2013-2014, Allison attended Roffey Park, where they obtained a Certificate in Organisational Development with a focus on Organisational Development.
