Ryan Kondrat

Ryan Kondrat is a seasoned music industry professional currently serving as Partner and Creative Director at Grayson Music since January 2016, and as Senior Vice President Creative at SNGL since January 2022. Additionally, Ryan holds the position of Producer and Writer at Concord since January 2015. Beginning a career as a sync writer at Syndicate Sound in Toronto, Ryan quickly gained recognition for co-writing and producing for Broken Social Scene, leading to collaborations with notable artists including Lights, Stars, Kevin Drew, Rob James, Jesse Labelle, and Stewart Zender. Prior to these roles, Ryan was a composer and Voice Director at Pirate Toronto from January 2011 to January 2016.
