Richard Pistilli

Richard is the founder and CEO of Gambit Rewards. He is an experienced fintech entrepreneur and investment banker, with over 20 years of capital markets experience. In 2012, Richard co-founded ACEPortal, a leading financial technology platform for private placements of securities. As Head of Business Development, he helped steer a strategic investment in ACEPortal by the New York Stock Exchange in 2013, and the sale of the company to the Beneficient Company in 2018. Previously, Richard had a successful investment banking career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi and CIBC.

He holds an MBA from Yale University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Cornell University.
