Ragina Gray

Ragina Gray serves as the Environmental Health Division Director at the Snohomish County Health Department, overseeing a staff of approximately 50 and managing a revenue budget of around $6 million annually since March 2020. Previously, Ragina held the role of Director of Natural Resources for the Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians, leading a team of about 25 and handling a similar budget from July 2010 to September 2019. Other significant positions include Development Coordinator at The Lincoln Theatre, Inc., Project Manager and Policy Analyst at Forterra, and earlier roles in policy development. Ragina holds a Bachelor's degree in Botany/Plant Biology and Forest Management from the University of Washington.
