Katie Dufford

Katie Dufford currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Snorkel AI, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Katie was with Intercom from November 2019 to March 2024, where roles included Director and Senior Manager of HRBPs & People Programs, leading global HR teams and redesigning company-wide HR initiatives. Prior experience includes positions at WeWork, where Katie managed HR business partners during significant growth, and sweetgreen, where talent development strategies were created for rapid expansion. Early career experience at Target and Kellogg Company included leadership roles in human resources and sales. Katie holds a B.A. in Sociology-Organizational Studies from the University of California, Davis.
