Tara Balboni

Tara Balboni is the VP, Advocacy and Recruitment at Snow Companies. Tara has over fifteen years of experience in the marketing and customer service industries.

Tara started their career at Biogen as a Marketing Associate Product Manager. Tara then spent a year at Serono Pharma as a Contract Product Manager before joining Care.com in January 2011. Tara spent three years at Care.com as the Team Lead for Member Care before joining Snow Companies in October 2014.

Tara Balboni has a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Med, Genetics and Pregnancy Studies from Hampshire College. Tara also has an RYTT 200 certification in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy from Nirvana Yoga. Tara is currently pursuing their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Northeastern University.

Their manager is Brenda Snow, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Mike Simone - Executive Vice President, Kathy Barry - Executive Vice President, and Jenn Mason - SVP, Help.
